By submitting this registration, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Accuracy of Information: I declare that all information provided in this registration is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge. I understand that providing false or misleading information may result in legal consequences.
  जानकारी की सटीकता: मैं घोषणा करता हूं कि इस पंजीकरण में प्रदान की गई सभी जानकारी मेरी जानकारी के अनुसार सत्य और सटीक है। मैं समझता हूं कि गलत या भ्रामक जानकारी देने से कानूनी परिणाम हो सकते हैं।
• Fitness and Risks:
  • I confirm that I am physically and mentally fit to participate in the bike rally.
    मैं पुष्टि करता हूं कि मैं बाइक रैली में भाग लेने के लिए शारीरिक और मानसिक रूप से फिट हूं।
  • I am fully aware of the inherent risks involved in participating in the rally, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, and damage to my vehicle.
    मैं रैली में भाग लेने के जोखिमों के बारे में पूरी तरह से अवगत हूं, जिसमें दुर्घटनाएं, चोटें और मेरे वाहन को नुकसान शामिल हैं, लेकिन इन्हीं तक सीमित नहीं हैं।
• Rules and Regulations: I have read, understood, and agree to comply with all the rules and regulations of the rally.
  नियम और शर्तें: मैंने रैली के सभी नियमों और विनियमों को पढ़ लिया है, समझ लिया है, और अनुपालन करने के लिए सहमत हूं।
• Protective Gear: I understand and agree to wear appropriate protective gear, including a helmet, gloves, and knee pads, at all times during the rally.
  संरक्षणात्मक उपकरण: मैं समझता हूं और सहमत हूं कि रैली के दौरान हमेशा उपयुक्त सुरक्षात्मक उपकरण पहनूंगा, जिसमें हेलमेट, दस्ताने, और घुटने की पैड शामिल हैं।
• Responsibility for Damages: I am solely responsible for any damage caused to my vehicle, other vehicles, or property during the rally.
  नुकसान की जिम्मेदारी: रैली के दौरान मेरे वाहन, अन्य वाहनों, या संपत्ति को हुए किसी भी नुकसान के लिए मैं स्वयं जिम्मेदार हूं।
• Promotional Use:
  • I grant permission to the organizers to use my name, likeness, and photographs taken during the rally for promotional purposes.
    मैं आयोजकों को मेरे नाम, छवि, और रैली के दौरान लिए गए फोटोग्राफ का प्रचार के लिए उपयोग करने की अनुमति देता हूं।
  • I grant permission to the organizers to receive newsletters and updates about future events and initiatives from the organizers via email and WhatsApp.
    मैं आयोजकों को ईमेल और व्हाट्सएप के माध्यम से भविष्य की घटनाओं और पहलों के बारे में समाचार पत्र और अपडेट प्राप्त करने की अनुमति देता हूं।
• Event Modifications: I understand that the organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the rally due to unforeseen circumstances.
  कार्यक्रम संशोधन: मैं समझता हूं कि अप्रत्याशित परिस्थितियों के कारण आयोजकों के पास रैली को संशोधित या रद्द करने का अधिकार है।
• Pillion Rider Responsibility:
  • I confirm that my pillion rider is of my choice.
    मैं पुष्टि करता हूं कि मेरे पीछे बैठने वाला सवार मेरी पसंद का है।
  • I understand that the organizers and their associates are not responsible for any incidents or accidents involving my pillion rider before, during, or after the rally.
    मैं समझता हूं कि आयोजक और उनके सहयोगी रैली के पहले, दौरान, या बाद में मेरे पीछे बैठने वाले सवार से जुड़े किसी भी घटना के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं हैं।
  • I have informed my pillion rider of these conditions, and they have agreed to them.
    मैंने अपने पीछे बैठने वाले सवार को इन शर्तों की जानकारी दी है, और उन्होंने इसे स्वीकार कर लिया है।
• Release of Liability: I hereby release and hold harmless the organizers, sponsors, and their representatives from any claims or liabilities arising from my participation in the rally.
